  • Fluent German and English language skills

Tasks

  • Develop air springs and suspension modules
  • Evaluate and negotiate customer technical specifications
  • Create functional layouts and design specifications
  • Coordinate prototype procurement and assembly
  • Manage product testing and validation documentation
  • Align technical requirements with internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with external customers and suppliers
  • Drive product improvements and patent innovations
  • Support product launches and quality claims
  • Assist with Design and Process FMEA
  • Acquire specialized expert key competencies
