- 4+ years of programming experience and 2 years of app development
- Extensive frontend development experience, ideally across multiple frameworks
- Extensive experience in Flutter
- Expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic
- Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an English speaking environment

Tasks
- Build and ship high-impact features using Dart and Flutter
- Improve the mobile app, mobile website, and desktop website
- Contribute to a widely-used Flutter application
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and designers
- Ship new components and features through cross-functional teamwork
- Identify and resolve technical debt proactively
- Build internal tools to enhance team productivity
- Improve team processes through regular agile retrospectives
- Develop inspiring and intuitive shopping experiences
- Challenge state-of-the-art standards for customer-facing products
