- •Structured, proactive, and clear communication skills

- •Design push and in-app communication strategies
- •Manage the app CRM tool and roadmap
- •Support marketing teams with campaign execution
- •Execute complex or cross-market use cases
- •Coordinate between Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- •Manage event tracking and data structures
- •Oversee consent logic and SDK updates
- •Develop and test app retention strategies
- •Define quality standards and documentation
- •Manage reporting and KPI frameworks
- •Provide insights and optimization recommendations
- •Monitor mobile CRM and engagement trends
