- •Familiarity with data integration tools and cloud-based ETL/ELT frameworks
- •Strong understanding of data contracts, governance principles, and semantic layer design
- •Proven ability to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable data transformation pipelines
- •Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- •Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- •Passion for creating clean, reliable, and reusable data assets
- •Python skills would be beneficial

- •Build shareable and reusable dbt models and data assets
- •Implement data transformations aligned with business objectives
- •Maintain and optimize the semantic layer for self-service analytics
- •Ensure data quality and consistency through validation checks
- •Manage domain-specific data marts for accuracy and accessibility
- •Define and uphold data contracts for owned data assets
- •Proactively monitor pipelines to resolve data quality issues
- •Collaborate with Program Managers, analysts, and engineers
- •Support integration of external data sources into the analytics ecosystem
- •Apply and enforce data governance standards for secure data usage
- •Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Analytics Engineering Guild
- •Continuously optimize dbt models and performance of data assets
