Requirements
- Apprenticeship as Laboratory Technician (EFZ) Biology/Chemistry, Bachelor studies (Biotech, Biochemistry, or Chemistry), or comparable
- Professional experience within R&D and GMP laboratory
- Good knowledge in regulated area under GMP or ISO 17025
- Experience with ELN
- Experience with automated liquid handling
- Careful and responsible working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and reliability
- High level of commitment and enthusiasm
Tasks
- Perform hands-on analytical support for large molecule process development
- Support fill and finish of drug product for clinical trial supplies
- Conduct a broad range of analytical techniques including HPLC, bioassays, UV-spectrometry, and fluorescence detection
- Support development of new analytical technologies
- Implement process analytical technologies for on-line measurements
- Handle sample preparation, reagent preparation, and data entry into lab notebook
- Communicate with team members and various partners
- Investigate data independently and escalate deviations
- Perform analysis under GMP guidelines, ensuring compliant documentation
