- •PhD in Analytical chemistry with oligonucleotide specialization
- •Experience in synthetic oligonucleotide analysis
- •Extensive experience in oligonucleotide analytics
- •Knowledge in oligonucleotide purification and characterization
- •Scientific curiosity and international outlook
- •Good knowledge of English
- •Good knowledge of software and computer tools
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •German proficiency
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

- •Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art analytical technology
- •Improve process and product quality through innovation
- •Design and plan analytical experiments for API control
- •Interpret and report results for oligonucleotide type modalities

- •Manage analytical transfer activities and regulatory documentation
- •Interact directly with Quality Assurance
- •Participate in internal and external scientific exchange groups
- •Maintain excellent collaborations with the company's customers
