- Write protocols, conduct analyses, and prepare reports
- Conduct patient and HCP interviews and workshops
- Prepare study documents, reports, and client presentations
- Identify and solve project bottlenecks proactively
- Execute PCS projects, including patient experience research
- Design and deliver client deliverables and presentations
- Build client relationships through various communication channels
