Tasks

• •Lead daily aircraft detailing and polishing
• •Manage paint blowing and smart repairs
• •Apply technical markings and aircraft sealing
• •Assign tasks and monitor production schedules
• •Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• •Oversee proper use of tools and PPE
• •Inspect work for quality and specifications
• •Coordinate manpower and workflow with supervisors
• •Train and mentor technicians and apprentices
