- •Lead end-to-end customer implementations with Sales, OPS/CX, and customers
- •Engage with customers to understand their business needs and success criteria
- •Collaborate with Air Operations, Tender Management, IT, and support functions to align solutions
- •Design tailored operational solutions and coordinate their implementation
- •Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- •Provide post-implementation hypercare to stabilize operations
- •Design and improve air freight operational processes with internal stakeholders
- •Develop practical solutions for smarter workflows and enhanced reporting
- •Drive implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions
- •Act as a change enabler for new ways of working
- •Lead and support various projects within the Air organization
- •Contribute to initiatives in FinOps, Quality, Pricing, and Customer Experience
- •Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables for project success
- •Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives
