You will drive innovation in the company's AI lab by developing cutting-edge agentic solutions, taking complex ideas from initial experiments to high-performance production environments for the banking sector.

Requirements

• •B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• •Background in data science, statistics, and experimental thinking
• •Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills
• •Excellent analytical, coding, and debugging skills in Python
• •5 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development
• •3 years applied ML and 2 years LLMs experience
• •Track-record of deploying and maintaining production AI models
• •Knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• •Experience with RAG pipelines and vector stores
• •Experience with Agent frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• •Experience with Cloud AI services like AWS or Azure
• •Knowledge of LLM & Agent Ops and evaluation pipelines
• •Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• •Knowledge of Micro-services and REST APIs
• •Bonus: Contributions to open-source AI projects
