Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • •PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or related field
  • •Solid track record in AI R&D
  • •Good publications in A* conferences
  • •Hands-on experience in large-scale LLM training
  • •Experience with large, distributed servers
  • •Familiarity with distributed training frameworks
  • •Practical experience with training libraries and tools
  • •Deep knowledge of transformer modifications
  • •Deep knowledge of non-transformer modifications
  • •Strong expertise in PyTorch
  • •Strong expertise in Hugging Face libraries
  • •Practical experience in model development
  • •Experience in continual pretraining and deployment

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Drive innovation in architecture development for AI models
  • •Enhance model intelligence and efficiency
  • •Explore and implement novel techniques and algorithms
