- 9+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

- Deep expertise in software engineering practices and production infrastructure

Tasks
- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for clinical development
- Develop AI-based solutions to enhance clinical trial design and success
- Collaborate with clinicians and data scientists to integrate machine learning solutions
- Support deployment of AI/ML algorithms to clinical trial teams and external partners
- Identify high-value use cases for advanced analytics and AI in clinical research
- Assist in external molecule asset due diligence using algorithms on third-party datasets
- Serve as a subject matter expert in multimodal data analysis
- Architect advanced deep learning workflows and MLOps frameworks
- Act as a technical lead in cross-functional projects and guide junior scientists
- Communicate the scientific rationale and business value of AI solutions to stakeholders
- Monitor advancements in AI and evaluate their applicability in clinical settings
