In this role, you will design and implement AI knowledge systems, ensuring seamless integration with business applications. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with experts, creating strategies, and developing content that showcases successful AI solutions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
• •Expertise in programming languages essential for AI development, such as Python, Go, or Java
• •Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and neural networks
• •Deep understanding of management principles, content management systems, vector and/or graph databases, and RAG implementation
• •Proficiency in data analysis, data structures, algorithms, and data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, GraphQL)
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and passion for continuous learning
• •Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• •2–4 years of practical experience in AI, Data, Consulting or Pre-Sales
• •Good understanding of LLMs, AI agents
• •Basic understanding of AI Governance, Compliance & Security
• •Experience in consulting clients and stakeholder communication
• •Ability to explain technically complex concepts clearly
• •German: native or native-level proficiency
• •English: business fluent
• •Experience with GenAI frameworks or tools
• •Interest in public speaking and content creation
• •Initial experience in sales, product marketing, or solution engineering

Tasks

• •Design system architecture for knowledge base implementation
• •Create data ingestion pipelines and retrieval mechanisms
• •Select and integrate machine learning models and NLP tools
• •Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy
• •Define and optimize content integrity and governance protocols
• •Integrate AI knowledge systems with business applications

• •Work with Solution Engineers on solution approaches
