  • Design lightweight experiments and A/B tests
  • Define success metrics and report on outcomes
  • Participate in dedicated skill-building workshops
  • Complete a collaborative internal consulting project
  • Work one day in-store to gain brand insights
  • Network with peers and senior leadership

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
