Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related technical field
  • •Extensive experience in designing and delivering AI/ML and data solutions, including 3–4 years in management consulting or client-facing advisory role
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in machine learning and AI, including generative AI and large language models
  • •Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks; experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, vector databases, MLOps toolchains
  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
  • •Strong organisational and operational leadership skills
  • •Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • •Shape AI and data strategies with clients
  • •Define vision, target architectures, and roadmaps for AI-enabled transformations
  • •Translate strategic priorities into concrete programmes and initiatives
  • •Manage end-to-end AI, ML, and data solution design and delivery
  • •Frame problems and conduct discovery for solutions
  • •Oversee production rollout and adoption of solutions
  • •Architect and implement modern data and AI platforms
  • •Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure
