- Proven experience as Project Manager or Agile Project Manager
- Delivering complex, customer-facing software solutions
- Strong foundation in project management principles
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications advantageous
- Hands-on experience with backend, data-driven systems
- Experience with Microsoft Azure tools and services
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Maintain structure, clarity, and well-documented processes
- Knowledge of maritime transport and shipping industry
- Strong intercultural awareness
- Experience with globally distributed teams
- Experience with offshore setups
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- European citizen based in Europe
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and priorities
- Remove blockers and enable team delivery
- Own and manage the project roadmap
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support team in implementing solutions
- Build and validate functional specifications
- Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Monitor sprint metrics and agile health indicators
- Maintain transparent communication with the Department Head
- Conduct regular formal project reviews
- Ensure timely and clear reporting of project progress
- Address and escalate project challenges
- Align on critical project decisions
