- Initiate measures for purchased part defects
- Derive measures to restore delivery quality
- Support suppliers with 8D reports
- Conduct process and product audits at suppliers
- Track necessary corrective actions
- Demand and track measures during supplier escalation
- Create inspection plans for incoming purchased parts
- Develop key performance indicators for process control
