Archiving engine work documents for a global aircraft engine MRO provider. Vocational training and archiving software experience required. 4-day work week, free accommodation.
Requirements
- Work experience
- Completed vocational training (commercial or technical) with further education
- Experience in aviation industry (MRO, aircraft or engine maintenance) is advantageous
- Experience with archiving software
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous
- Hold EU or Swiss passport or Swiss working permit
Tasks
- Archive work documents from internal and external sources
- Maintain physical and electronic archives
- Prepare documents for scanning according to specifications
- Check completeness of documents
- Scan documents and transfer data to servers
- Provide documents for audits by authorities and customers
- Support Quality Managers during audits
- Create digital media for customer documentation
- Support internal departments in document searches
- Maintain digital and physical archives per regulations
- Send documents to customers
