- •Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- •Years of experience in administrative support
- •Strong organizational skills and proactive style
- •Confidence with numbers and budget follow-up
- •High level of discretion and reliability
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Fluent German or French and English
- •Very good knowledge of MS Office 365
- •Advantageous experience with SAP and digital tools
- •Strong Excel skills as a plus

- •Complete documents following established procedures
- •Manage calendars, deadlines, and task follow-ups
- •Assist with board and management meeting preparation
- •Handle end-to-end invoice processing for law firms
- •Submit data to SAP and the accounting team
- •Manage monthly closing with law firm estimates
- •Track spending against approvals for budget transparency
- •Support cost controlling for departmental expenses
