- Provide regular payment forecast and budget reports
- Collaborate with Procurement and Treasury teams
- Participate in system testing (e.g., OpenText UAT)
- Contribute to process improvements
- Inform manager about process status, delays, and risks
- Present process updates in meetings
- Collect requirements from other departments
- Support operational decision-making
- Prepare summaries for significant decisions
