Requirements
- 5+ years accounting, group consolidation, or controlling experience
- Designing and implementing accounting processes and control systems
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable navigating matrix organization and acting as partner for group stakeholders
- Fluent German and English
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Odoo ERP or similar systems experience (plus)
- Auto leasing or financial services industry experience (beneficial)
- Detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated, passion for financial integrity
Tasks
- Prepare timely, precise consolidated financial statements
- Maintain compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory reporting
- Standardize LEASETEQ booking models for efficient operations
- Implement and improve accounting processes in Odoo
- Support internal stakeholders as Odoo superuser
- Oversee collections management, cash control, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor financial workflows for enhancement opportunities
- Support group-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Respond to audit requirements
