- Prepare and review tax returns
- Ensure local compliance
- Support monthly and annual closing
- Assist in budget process
- Collaborate with external consultants and auditors
- Support HR Manager in personnel administration
- Manage payroll data submission
- Verify salary calculation accuracy
- Reconcile payroll data with accounting records
- Ensure data protection compliance
- Support management on Finance and HR topics
- Manage relationships with consultants for Organizational Model 231
- Support health and safety regulations
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Handle operational administrative tasks
