Tasks

  • Laufende Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung unterstützen
  • Rechnungen, Belege und Kontoauszüge in verschiedenen Währungen prüfen und buchen
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS mitwirken
  • Konten pflegen, abstimmen und klären
  • Das Mahnwesen eigenständig verwalten
  • Bei der internen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unterstützen
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie steuerliche und finanzielle Meldungen erstellen
  • Eng mit Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen zusammenarbeiten
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen übernehmen
