Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Finance
  • •Advanced knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and SAP BPC advantageous
  • •Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
  • •Collaborative, hands-on attitude with strong communication skills
  • •Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
  • •Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements

Tasks

  • •Own monthly financial reporting for group entities
  • •Ensure accuracy and compliance with group standards
  • •Advise group companies on accounting for complex transactions
  • •Deliver training on consolidation and reporting tools
  • •Drive monthly closing activities, including system preparation
  • •Perform intercompany reconciliations
  • •Manage capital consolidation processes
  • •Act as Key User for SAP BPC reporting tool
  • •Ensure smooth operations with SAP ERP and SAP BW
  • •Prepare and review sections of IFRS annual and semi-annual reports
  • •Collaborate with external auditors
  • •Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives
  • •Support system enhancements across the group
