Description

In this role, you will ensure smooth financial operations by managing daily accounting tasks and reconciliations while collaborating with the Finance Director and external partners.

Requirements

• •Strong technical accounting skills
• •Accuracy, flexibility, and excellent language skills
• •Professional experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• •Strong understanding of AP/AR processes
• •Knowledge of reconciliations and financial closing
• •High accuracy, reliability, and attention detail
• •Structured, independent, and responsible working style
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Flexible mindset and adaptability

Tasks

• •Support monthly and annual financial close processes
• •Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• •Process and verify invoices
• •Manage travel and expense bookings
• •Process expense reports
• •Prepare and execute payment runs
• •Ensure timely payment clearance
• •Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• •Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• •Report directly to the Finance Director
• •Coordinate with external Treuhand partners, banks, and auditors
• •Liaise with tax advisors
• •Ensure compliance with internal processes and accounting standards
• •Contribute to special finance-related projects
