Requirements

  • 2+ years in client success, account management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Proven track record managing and growing client portfolio
  • Confident use of CRM tools
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with hospitality sense
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment, build value-driven relationships
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Non-smoker
  • Valid work permit or Swiss passport

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of 200 clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Analyze client needs for optimization
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Drive organic growth within your segment
  • Monitor key metrics to prevent churn
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Perform account reviews
  • Handle renewal and termination processes
  • Collaborate with Acquisition, Product, Operations, and Support teams
  • Provide feedback to internal teams
