Tasks
- Ensure accurate client relationship documentation
- Manage operational account tasks and system alerts
- Participate in and lead client meetings as needed
- Maintain client key data with Relationship Manager
- Interact professionally with clients for account management
- Support Relationship Managers and Team Heads in client tasks
- Provide operational coverage during team absences
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Create customized client information and reports
- Manage Relationship Manager and Team Head calendars
- Prepare and organize client meetings and business trips
- Complete post-processing of client interactions
- Manage internal projects impacting account relationships
- Solve administrative issues and update relevant systems
- Collect and share information to improve processes
- Organize work efficiently and comply with regulations
- Conduct reviews and document work regularly
- Propose improvements based on experience and observations
- Manage expense claim process for Relationship Managers
- Support risk management and compliance
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
- Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies
- Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
- Document client interactions and orders accurately
