- •Support Relationship Managers with high-quality administrative tasks
- •Provide operational coverage for the team during absences
- •Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- •Create customized client reports and statistics
- •Coordinate calendars, business trips, and meeting preparations
- •Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
- •Share research and ideas to improve productivity
- •Propose process improvements based on daily observations
- •Manage expense claim processes for the team
- •Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns
- •Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
- •Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
