- Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (2024/2025)
- Strong interest in medical devices and healthcare; urology exposure is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Native German speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency
- Valid driving license required
- Motivation to support clinicians in OR and develop expertise
Tasks
- Take ownership of Bulkamid product in Germany
- Identify commercial opportunities
- Contribute to account planning
- Support regional sales strategies
- Activate new accounts
- Design programs to grow business in existing accounts
- Collaborate with colleagues across Germany and EMEA
- Gather market insights on competitors, reimbursement, and stakeholders
- Support regional planning activities
- Act as Bulkamid point of contact in assigned hospitals
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams
- Build relationships with urologists and OR teams
- Develop ability to present health-economic value arguments
- Identify and act on opportunities from clinical activity
- Work with clinical teams to understand clinical evidence
- Use reporting tools to track performance and pipeline
- Ensure adherence to Boston Scientific quality and patient safety standards
Education
- Currently in higher education
