Tasks

  • Manage the full client account lifecycle, from onboarding to compliance
  • Support Relationship Managers and enhance client experiences
  • Own end-to-end client account administration
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation (KYC/CDB, account openings, legal forms) is completed and maintained
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks
  • Resolve system alerts
  • Handle client requests independently
  • Coordinate with RMs for investment-related matters
  • Maintain and validate client key data and CRM records
  • Engage directly with clients professionally
  • Handle client inquiries
  • Facilitate client transactions
  • Lead non-advisory agenda items in meetings
  • Prepare client meetings
  • Manage calendars for RMs/Team Heads
  • Organize business trips
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups
  • Create tailored reports, presentations, and investment proposals
  • Support marketing and client event initiatives
  • Drive operational efficiency by managing internal projects affecting client accounts
  • Resolve administrative issues
  • Ensure systems and documentation are up to date
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Share best practices to enhance team performance
  • Take ownership of expense claims
  • Provide administrative support for RMs/Team Heads
  • Support risk and compliance by identifying, addressing, and escalating potential issues
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and local regulations
  • Guarantee timely resolution of pending items, audits, and control deficiencies
  • Document all client interactions and instructions clearly and completely in designated systems
  • Uphold ethical standards
  • Promote a culture of compliance, precision, and service excellence
