- Compelling sales track record, consistent quota achievement
- Proficient outbound lead generation
- Excellent skills addressing business leaders/client managers (MEDDIC)
- Analytical skills, getting-things-done attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, poise
- Team player, willing to learn and share experiences
- Native English speaker level
Tasks
- Position DataGuard's multi-suite solutions to key decision-makers
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success Team for long-term client success
- Develop strategic account plans for large organizations
- Identify and unlock high-value opportunities to expand enterprise footprint
- Embrace a hunter mentality with a consultative, multi-touch approach
- Source leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Drive high-value enterprise deals
- Forecast revenue (ARR) with precision
- Provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline
- Contribute to long-term growth strategy
- Consistently surpass individual sales quota
