In this three-year rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience across diverse assignments while developing skills in operations. You will work with various business units, receive mentorship, and create a personalized growth plan to guide your career journey.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines)
• •Advanced level of German language
• •Fluency in English
• •Interest in pursuing a career in Operations
• •Outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
• •Capacity to apply skills to operational challenges
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• •Eagerness to learn and flexibility to work on different projects
• •Previous internship or co-op work experience
• •Willingness to relocate for assignment diversity
• •Participation in program rotations in Germany and abroad
• •Completion of a three-year program with international rotation

Tasks

• •Assume full responsibility as a functional operations professional
• •Rotate through three diverse assignments over three years
• •Develop a well-rounded skill set through established learning tracks
• •Relocate to various sites for assignment diversity
• •Work within multiple business units during the program
• •Explore crossover assignments in other Operation Programs
• •Partner with a mentor for career development
• •Create a personalized growth plan for career goals
• •Receive customized training for individual growth
• •Report to a department manager for daily responsibilities
• •Complete three assignments, each lasting 12 months
• •Engage with different Assignment Managers for each assignment
