- Train internal sales teams and multipliers
- Conduct training for strategic retail partners
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Define key performance indicators
- Evaluate knowledge transfer into daily work
- Optimize existing training concepts
- Support expansion of digital learning formats
- Develop internal training platform
- Collaborate with training management in DE/AT
- Work with local sales and marketing
- Support sales targets
- Act as expert consultant at major trade fairs
