  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Hands-on mentality
  • •Experience balancing diverse stakeholder priorities
  • •Demonstrated experience in vendor selection for SaaS solutions
  • •Experience with technical migrations of data between SaaS solutions
  • •Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • •Residency in Germany
  • •Experience with CRM systems and similar SaaS solutions
  • •Experience/touchpoints with craftsmanship

  • •Analyze market needs and develop an iterative roadmap
  • •Drive the rollout of the digital core platform and new features
  • •Act as a key connector between product, engineering, and markets
  • •Champion the integration of new digital tools and services
  • •Align priorities and manage dependencies across teams
  • •Monitor system usage and business impact using KPIs
  • •Provide actionable insights through regular reporting
  • •Take ownership of the core operational platform adoption
  • •Implement measures when expected business impact is not achieved
  • •Identify improvement levers across the customer journey
  • •Select and pilot solutions with markets and business departments
  • •Conduct technical migration of historic data during rollout
