- Develop strong working relationships and solve problems
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Manage design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations
- Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost-saving measures
- Identify and resolve potential construction issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
- Work with project teams for effective document processing and management
- Prepare regular reports on progress, budget status, and risk management
