(Senior) Product Manager Retail Media Offsite(m/w/x)
Driving offline product portfolio and audience extension for retail media offsite campaigns. Hands-on advertising platform and AdTech infrastructure experience required. Mobile work (50/50), 30 days vacation.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in digital advertising, Retail Media, AdTech, campaign operations, or platform/account management
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Google DV360, Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager)
- Understanding of AdTech infrastructure (pixels, tagging, tracking, taxonomy, segmentation, audience sharing, measurement)
- Understanding of digital advertising workflows, campaign operations, and data-driven marketing
- Project management and coordination skills, driving initiatives across stakeholders and markets
- Experience organizing workshops, enablement sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Experience with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Analytics, Sales) and international stakeholders
- Ability to structure, present, and communicate complex topics clearly to technical and business audiences
- Structured, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership mentality
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Tasks
- Drive offline product portfolio end-to-end
- Own audience extension, retargeting, and affiliate advertising
- Execute product pilots for Out-of-Home products
- Test, train, and measure Out-of-Home campaigns
- Segment audiences for Out-of-Home campaigns
- Translate business goals into product requirements
- Collaborate with Tax, Analytics, Legal, Sales, and local market teams
- Align local and global stakeholders on shared standards
- Support local implementations and ad-tech business questions
- Plan and facilitate workshops and enablement sessions
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder management
- Focus on delivery progress and outcomes
- Act as primary point of contact for AdTech topics
- Manage partner platforms and technical issues
- Improve internal processes continuously
- Implement scalable solutions for roadmap execution
