- Identify and understand upcoming regulatory requirements
- Design and implement compliant, practical solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and control functions
- Act as Product Manager for Regulatory Technology domain
- Treat control functions as primary clients
- Discover and define complex regulatory requirements
- Synthesize requirements for actionable implementation
- Ensure seamless integration of new features with regulatory systems
- Own the product roadmap and technical specifications
- Work with Data Engineers to design robust solutions
- Drive end-to-end product delivery with high speed
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply agile frameworks for development
- Shift from rigid sprints to milestone steering
- Prioritize tasks to maintain adaptability
