Requirements
- •Apprenticeship as chemical laboratory technician, technologist (chemical/pharma/food), or bachelor’s degree
- •At least 3 years of experience in a technical laboratory environment
- •Knowledge of formulation technologies and/or analytical devices
- •Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for laboratory equipment
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- •Flexibility, independence, collaboration, and organization
- •Solution-oriented mindset
- •Good English skills (spoken and written); German and experience in multinational, interdisciplinary settings are assets

Tasks
- •Develop new product forms of fat-soluble and water-soluble actives
- •Focus on vitamins, carotenoids, and eubiotics for animal health
- •Formulate products using emulsification, milling, spray drying, and extrusion
- •Conduct analytical investigations and characterize product forms
- •Utilize UV/VIS spectroscopy, particle size distribution, and viscosity measurements
- •Perform rheology, microscopy, colorimetry, turbidity measurement, and differential scanning calorimetry
- •Execute, interpret, and report trial results
- •Present findings on trial outcomes as needed
- •Support idea generation for trial design and formulation development
- •Evaluate analytical characterization data for process improvements
- •Enhance existing laboratory procedures and assess new technologies
