- •Background in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Auditor, Controlling or similar education
- •3-4 years of professional experience in Risk Management or comparable areas
- •Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- •Interest in second line of defense and Risk Policy improvement
- •Ability to manage complex topics with attention to detail
- •Strong analytical skills regarding risk cause and effect

Tasks
- •Support the group-wide Enterprise Risk Management process
- •Ensure regulatory and business requirements are met
- •Coordinate and advise stakeholders across all functions
- •Execute the ERM process within strict deadlines
- •Review and challenge individual enterprise risks
- •Maintain consistent high-quality risk inventory data
- •Aggregate risks using Monte Carlo simulations
- •Analyze the company's risk-bearing capacity
- •Prepare management summaries for boards and committees
- •Enhance the global Enterprise Risk Management system
- •Enforce Enterprise, Market, and Credit Risk policies
- •Develop risk control standards for algorithmic trading
- •Manage internal standards for financial regulations
- •Operate key risk controls and address non-compliance
