Requirements

  • •MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, or asset management
  • •Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning
  • •Familiarity with programming paradigms such as object-oriented and functional programming
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java, or similar
  • •Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
  • •Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI
  • •Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
  • •Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
  • •Full professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
