Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a consultant or customer administrator in SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Learning
  • Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
  • Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants
  • High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Moderate willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Support customers in human experience management
  • Solve technical problems related to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Lead project organization for customer teams
  • Modernize HR processes
  • Take responsibility for your module or entire project
  • Participate in exciting projects with cutting-edge topics
  • Learn about additional topics beyond project work
  • Support sales efforts
  • Conduct webinars
  • Write blog articles
  • Share knowledge with colleagues
  • Support less experienced consultants during training
