Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong familiarity with Bundeswehr structures, capability planning & procurement processes, and defense industry regulations
  • Interest in technology, defense, and geopolitics

Tasks

  • Develop and grow partnership with Bundeswehr
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create campaigns and strategies to expand footprint
  • Serve as primary contact for Bundeswehr stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
  • Prepare and lead account reviews and presentations
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions
  • Monitor contract performance and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Stay informed on procurement processes and market trends
