Greeting and escorting visitors, providing hospitality services in a luxury setting. Fluent French and English, plus intermediate MS Office skills, required. Three years' experience in luxury hospitality and formal hospitality education needed.

- Fluent French and English
- Proficiency in a third language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic) is an advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Minimum three years professional experience in luxury hospitality
- Formal education in hospitality management (hotel studies)
- Dynamic, proactive, strong multitasking, sound judgment, high energy
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, ability to work independently, take initiative
- Flexible and adaptable working hours
Tasks
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients
- Welcome and host visitors
- Escort visitors to meeting rooms
- Provide tea and coffee service in conferencing area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Arrange and oversee conference calls
- Manage video conferences and presentation equipment
- Handle incoming switchboard calls
- Direct and forward switchboard calls
- Book external restaurants for meetings and events
- Organize hotel accommodations for guests
- Arrange taxi services as needed
- Coordinate special visitor requirements
- Manage petty cash
- Prepare and file documents and correspondence
- Maintain meeting rooms to a high standard
- Set up meeting rooms with refreshments and stationery
- Clear meeting rooms post-meeting
- Support F&B Coordinator during busy periods
- Assist with breakfast and lunch preparation
- Manage daily food and catering orders within budget
- Propose and liaise for menu approval
- Ensure menu accuracy, including dietary requirements
- Provide cover for Ground Reception
- Review and approve reception expenses
- Respond to general administrative requests
