Tasks
- Conduct QA release activities for raw materials and consumables
- Manage quality-related events (DEV, OOx, complaints, etc.)
- Monitor and track material release processes
- Contribute to IIA KPI and RCI processes
- Lead and support investigations for DEV, OOx, and complaints
- Promote quality-related topics and projects
- Complete required personal trainings on time
- Ensure timely and compliant release of raw materials and consumables
- Make release decisions for raw materials and consumables
- Oversee non-conformity issues (OOS, OOE, OOT, deviations, complaints)
- Drive efficient quality operations in the area of responsibility
- Identify and implement productivity improvements
- Support health authority inspections and customer audits
