Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanics, or related technical field
- 3–5 years experience in regulated industry, ideally HV systems
- Excellent MS Office tools knowledge
- Experience with ERP system like SAP
- Experience using CAD software
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical writing skills for clear documentation
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tasks
- Report to Engineering Manager
- Engineer High Voltage Accessories (HVA) for various projects
- Collaborate with Tendering and Project Execution departments
- Analyze customer needs and specifications
- Prepare technical proposals for Sales or Tendering departments
- Assess and mitigate risks for HVA projects
- Drive FMECA and propose mitigation measures
- Review and prepare engineering documentation
- Collaborate with Technical Office on documentation
- Support project lifecycle from tender to execution
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers
- Escalate issues to other teams when necessary
- Develop inspection test plans for turnkey projects
- Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT) with customers
- Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Ensure product compliance with customer specifications
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement root cause analysis and improvement projects
