- Strong hunter mentality and strategic sales capabilities
- Confident presence and executive/C-level communication skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions
- High ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies is a strong advantage
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Tasks
- Acquire strategically relevant new customers
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Identify and develop complex business opportunities
- Manage sophisticated sales projects
- Lead C-level negotiations to successful contract closure
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Pre-Sales
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
