Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative-taking spirit
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Understanding and basic experience of emerging technologies (AI, robotics, automation, data analytics)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with dedication to client support
  • Systematic, precise, and resilient working style
  • Native German and fluent English, additional languages advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in the country of application

Tasks

  • Prepare client investment proposals
  • Tailor portfolio and investment recommendations
  • Support client and prospect pitches
  • Present market insights and investment ideas
  • Develop investment concepts aligned with client objectives
  • Assess investment concepts based on client needs and risk profiles
  • Collaborate with specialists across asset classes
  • Work with senior investment advisors on trade entry
  • Support senior investment advisors with account balance management
  • Participate in rotational assignments across GPS teams
  • Build a strong internal network
