Requirements
- 10 years' financial services sales experience
- Thorough knowledge of local Private Banking, Wealth and Asset management industry
- Deep understanding of sales process, prospecting, objection handling, closing, relationship management
- General understanding of ETFs, active fund products, Alternatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equal professional experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Research and data management skills
- Fluent German and English
- High-energy, positive attitude, team player, accept responsibilities
- Strong presence, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues
- Promotes collaboration and inclusivity with partners
- Excellent presentation and writing skills in German and English

- Manage complex, interdepartmental projects professionally, inclusively, deadline-driven
Tasks
- Develop and maintain client relationships in Wealth & Retail, Asset Manager, and Digital segments
- Drive sales flows for iShares ETFs, Active Mutual Funds, Alternatives, and bespoke solutions
- Set a client-centric strategy for the German Wealth and Asset Manager segments
- Build and monitor BlackRock’s book of business according to firm best practices
- Take ownership of performance and business growth
- Drive the Asset Manager strategy and manage relationships with German Asset Managers and Portfolio Builders
- Collaborate with investment teams to execute product priorities and expand specialism within EMEA Wealth
- Conduct product education sessions both digitally and in person
- Organize and participate in client events, presentations, and educational sessions
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and portfolio solutions
- Support new and existing client relationships and cross-functional projects
- Research the German landscape to inform product and solution development
- Increase client access to firm thought leadership capabilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
