Tasks
- Design and build automations and AI solutions
- Maintain and improve existing automations
- Increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Enhance customer experience across core domains
- Translate automation and AI roadmap into practical solutions
- Work with Product & Engineering on claims automation
- Collaborate with various departments for high-impact automations
- Design and maintain end-to-end AI workflows
- Implement AI use cases like classification and summarization
- Ensure reliability of automations with monitoring and error handling
- Configure and optimize Zendesk for operational needs
- Reduce manual effort and response times in Zendesk
- Implement AI-assisted triage and response drafting
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through automation
- Identify and deliver operational improvements with P&E
- Build automations around the claims process
- Automate internal workflows to remove manual tasks
- Develop automated interfaces between Operations and other departments
- Document and standardize automated processes
- Measure automation impact against KPIs
- Analyze performance with data analysts
- Report on automation performance and ROI
- Ensure solutions meet GDPR and internal requirements
- Manage work within Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Advocate for automation and AI within Operations
- Share knowledge and document solutions for team growth
