  • •Eagerness to learn about risk processes in modern fintech infrastructure
  • •Clear communication and precise documentation
  • •Proactivity, reliability, and detail-oriented approach
  • •Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Atlassian, Google Suite, SQL, Python, and AI LLMs
  • •Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • •Based in Berlin

  • •Support daily risk management activities across various risk categories
  • •Assist in identifying and documenting risk-related matters
  • •Contribute to maintaining and improving risk registers and controls
  • •Support internal audit activities and follow-ups
  • •Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for risk assessments
  • •Gather risk-related data and present it as structured insights
  • •Assist in incident reviews and root-cause analysis
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams
